The biggest question we get is in regards to Congress. It just has so many different rules options than other events (student vote, direct questioning, etc.) Even within the traditional rules, there are options. And even within the pilot, there are options. That coupled with regular season tournaments doing congress differently from week to week leaves a lot of confusion. I would like to see NSDA standardize the rules (eliminate so many options) in Congress like it has done in the other events.
